  • 1.5 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, red onion)
  • Feta cheese and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Coat chicken pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
