  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 small Asian pear, grated
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon gochujang
