  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces guacamole
  • 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 3.8 ounce can sliced black olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bean base by mashing black soybeans with olive oil, garlic, salt, chili powder, and almond milk. Spread in a serving dish.
  2. Cook ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic until browned. Season with spices and mix well.
  3. Layer the cooked beef over the bean mixture.
  4. Top with a blend of sour cream and cream cheese, then add guacamole.
