  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of boiling water for about 10-11 minutes or until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Italian dressing, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Stir well.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and gently mix until all pasta is coated.
