  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 5 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 2 bags Earl Grey Tea Bags
  • 16 ounces Softened Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Mulberries
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Steep Earl Grey tea bags in hot water for 5-7 minutes; let cool.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and cooled tea until smooth. Gradually mix in sour cream and eggs.
  4. Gently fold in mulberries and pour over the crust.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool in the oven for an hour with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
