  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (for brownie dough)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder (for brownie dough)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for brownie dough)

Instructions

  1. Make the Peanut Butter Dough: Beat together peanut butter, softened butter, and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; combine with wet ingredients until just mixed.
  2. Prepare the Brownie Dough: In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter and white sugar until smooth; stir in cocoa powder. Add egg and vanilla, then fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips.
  3. Chill both doughs for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
