  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup pretzels (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk or dark)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Add egg, vanilla extract, and peanut butter; mix well.
  4. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until just incorporated. Fold in mini peanut butter cups, chopped pretzels, and mini chocolate chips.
  5. Chill the dough for about an hour if desired.
  6. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown. Cool on the pan for ten minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
