  • 10 oz Brie
  • 1 Anju pear
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic (crushed)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh thyme (finely chopped)
  • 23 Tbsp balsamic reduction

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Slice the baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  3. Cut brie and pear into thin slices.
  4. Mix crushed garlic with olive oil; brush mixture onto both sides of baguette slices.
  5. Broil baguette slices for about 4 minutes total until golden brown, flipping halfway.
  6. Top each slice with brie and return to oven until melted (about 2 minutes).
  7. Add pear slices and sprinkle with herbs; broil briefly until fragrant.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic reduction before serving.
