  • green or blue food color (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, pudding mix, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream softened butter with light brown and granulated sugars until fluffy.
  4. Mix in an egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
