  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1.5 lb firm white fish fillet (cod or mahi mahi)
  • 3 cups shredded white cabbage
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 8 white corn tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and taco seasoning.
  2. Marinate the fish fillets in the mixture for about 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, lime zest, salt, pepper, cumin, cabbage, and carrot to make the slaw.
  4. Preheat the grill and brush it lightly with olive oil. Grill the fish for 3–4 minutes per side until flaky.
  5. Warm corn tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds per side.
  6. Assemble tacos by placing grilled fish on tortillas and topping with cabbage slaw and cilantro.
