  • 1 ball of pizza dough (12-inch)
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for about 20 minutes until soft.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12 inches in diameter and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Squeeze roasted garlic into a bowl and mash. Mix with ricotta cheese, remaining olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the garlic white sauce over the dough. Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and oregano.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
