  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently and let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto the prepared sheet, spaced apart.
  7. Bake for 10-11 minutes until edges are set but centers are slightly underbaked.
