  • 4 salmon fillets (5 ounces each, skin on)
  • 6 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil
  • Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and season with paprika, marjoram, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
  3. Stuff each fillet with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In a nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat. Cook salmon fillets skin-side down for 6 minutes; flip and add butter, cooking for another 5 minutes until done.
  5. Serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
