  • 12 oz Wild Alaskan salmon (cut into four 3-inch portions)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, Sriracha, and minced garlic.
  3. Reserve half of the marinade. Place salmon in the remaining marinade to coat evenly; let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer the marinated salmon to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 14-16 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 125°F (52°C).
