  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 8 oz cheddar cheese
  • 6 green onions

Instructions

  2. Bake potatoes for about 1 hour until tender. Let cool for 10 minutes.

  4. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash with butter, sour cream, milk, and seasonings; stir in bacon, cheese, and green onions.
