  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
  • lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp and toss to coat.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Cook the shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving platter, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
