Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets salmon (5-8 oz. each)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, whole grain Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
  2. Marinate the salmon fillets in the sauce, or reserve two-thirds of the marinade for basting later. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes if possible.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, spaced out for even cooking, and baste with reserved marinade.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for about 7-8 minutes, checking for doneness as cooking time may vary with thickness.
  6. Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and drizzle any remaining marinade over each piece before serving.
