Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel, core, and slice your apples into thin wedges. Optionally, mix in ginger and allspice.
- Take each tortilla, fill with the apple mixture, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes to crisp the tops.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with caramel sauce and serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
