Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Breading
- In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the Chicken
- Dip each chicken tender first in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Bake the Chicken
- Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, and white vinegar until smooth.
Toss and Serve
- Once the chicken tenders are baked, remove them from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce. Serve immediately.
