Ingredients
  

Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders boneless, skinless
Breading Mixture
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Method
 

Prepare the Oven and Baking Sheet
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Breading
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the Chicken
  1. Dip each chicken tender first in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, and white vinegar until smooth.
Toss and Serve
  1. Once the chicken tenders are baked, remove them from the oven and toss in the buffalo sauce. Serve immediately.
