Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds salmon fillets skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, and lime juice until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Once cooked through and golden brown, transfer the salmon bites to a serving platter. Drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce and serve any remaining sauce on the side.
