Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
Place the seasoned salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for about 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Once cooked through and golden brown, transfer the salmon bites to a serving platter. Drizzle with the Bang Bang sauce and serve any remaining sauce on the side.
