Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans chunk chicken (drained) 12.5oz cans
  • 3/4 cup pepper sauce such as Frank’s Red Hot
  • 2 packages cream cheese 8oz, softened
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch celery for serving
  • 1 box chicken-flavored crackers for serving

Method
 

  1. Heat the drained chunk chicken along with the hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.
  2. Stir in the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing, cooking while stirring until well blended and warmed throughout.
  3. Mix in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, then transfer the mixture into a greased 9x9 baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Bake for about 10–15 minutes until hot and bubbly on top.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve hot with celery sticks, carrot sticks, baguette slices, and crackers.
