Cook the Beef
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Cauliflower Rice and Seasonings
- Stir in the cauliflower rice, taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
Add Cheese and Serve
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the mixture, cover the skillet, and let it melt for about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with sour cream and green onions.
