Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
Chicken and Bacon
  • 2 cups grilled chicken breast sliced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken and Bacon
  1. Grill the chicken breasts over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let them rest before slicing.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber.
  2. Add the sliced grilled chicken and crumbled bacon on top.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
