Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk small curd cottage cheese 4% milkfat high protein
  • seasonings of your choice optional
  • Parmesan cheese optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with any desired seasonings.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top if desired.
  5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before breaking into chip-sized pieces.
  7. Serve and enjoy with your favorite dips.
