Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables
  • 8 oz pasta (fusilli or rotini) uncooked
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls bocconcini or ciliegine
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves torn
Creamy Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Cook the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water to cool.
Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and torn basil leaves.
  2. Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
Serve
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  2. Serve cold and enjoy!
