Method
- Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with 21 Salute Seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in an oven-proof skillet and sear chicken thighs for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken and sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- Sprinkle flour over garlic, whisk in chicken broth, and bring to a simmer. Stir in cream and cheese until smooth.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165F (74C).
