Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 medium russet potatoes washed and scrubbed
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon paprika optional

Method
 

Prepare the Potatoes
  1. Slice the washed potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Place the potato slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Season the Potatoes
  1. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the bowl.
  2. Toss the potato slices until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Air Fry the Potatoes
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove the crispy potato slices from the air fryer and serve immediately.
