Prepare the Potatoes
- Slice the washed potatoes into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place the potato slices in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Season the Potatoes
- Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the bowl.
- Toss the potato slices until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Air Fry the Potatoes
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Serve
- Remove the crispy potato slices from the air fryer and serve immediately.
