Method
Prepare the Cauliflower
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into 1-inch thick slices to create 'steaks'.
Season the Cauliflower
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
- Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoning mixture.
Bake the Cauliflower
- Place the seasoned cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Enjoy your crispy baked cauliflower steaks as a side dish or main course.
