Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Steaks
  • 1 large cauliflower cut into 1-inch thick slices
Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut it into 1-inch thick slices to create 'steaks'.
Season the Cauliflower
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
  2. Brush both sides of each cauliflower steak with the seasoning mixture.
Bake the Cauliflower
  1. Place the seasoned cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Enjoy your crispy baked cauliflower steaks as a side dish or main course.
