Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces Bone-in Chicken Thighs Skin-on for extra crispiness
Breading
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs For extra crunch
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Hot Honey Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Hot Sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken thigh in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Breading Process
  1. Dip the floured chicken in a bowl of water, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  2. Place the breaded chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake Chicken
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
Make Hot Honey Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar over low heat.
  2. Stir until well mixed and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve
  1. Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the baked chicken before serving.
