Method
- Start by washing your cherry tomatoes and cucumbers thoroughly under cold water. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces. Place all the prepared vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine your Ranch dressing with any reserved bacon drippings. Whisk everything together until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the bowl of chopped cucumbers and tomatoes. Add the crumbled bacon and gently mix everything together.
- Taste the salad and see if it needs any seasoning. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
- Cover your salad with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
