Ingredients
  

  • 5 slices thick-cut bacon cooked and diced
  • 1-2 teaspoons bacon drippings reserved from cooking bacon if desired
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing low fat is ok
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes sliced in half
  • 2 large English cucumbers diced

Method
 

  1. Start by washing your cherry tomatoes and cucumbers thoroughly under cold water. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces. Place all the prepared vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine your Ranch dressing with any reserved bacon drippings. Whisk everything together until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the bowl of chopped cucumbers and tomatoes. Add the crumbled bacon and gently mix everything together.
  4. Taste the salad and see if it needs any seasoning. Add a pinch of salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Cover your salad with plastic wrap or transfer it to an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
