Easy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
