- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim the ends off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately while hot and crispy.
