Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced chicken rotisserie
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 diced green onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine diced rotisserie chicken with buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl.
  3. Beat together softened cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until fluffy.
  4. Add buffalo chicken mixture and diced green onions to the cream cheese blend, then fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Spread mixture into a greased 9x9 baking pan and top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Bake for about 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with chips, baguette slices, or veggies.
