Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning store-bought or homemade
Tortillas
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas for serving
Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce for garnish
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes for garnish
  • 1/2 cup sour cream for serving
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese for garnish
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
  • 1 lime lime wedges for serving

Method
 

Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and taco seasoning, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
  2. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.
Warm the Tortillas
  1. In a separate skillet, warm the tortillas over low heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until pliable.
Assemble the Tacos
  1. Place a portion of the cooked chicken onto each tortilla.
  2. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro.
  3. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
