Add in the eggs, mashed banana, and vanilla extract into the creamed mixture and beat well.
Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into the wet mixture and fold until just combined.
Gently fold in three-fourths of the chocolate chips and transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 50 to 60 minutes until set, then cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing.
