Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb Hot Italian sausage
  • 48 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 12 pieces Lasagne Noodles
  • 4 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 pieces eggs
  • 3 tbsp evaporated milk

Method
 

  1. Start by browning the ground beef and hot Italian sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the marinara sauce to the skillet with your meat mixture and let it simmer over low heat.
  3. Cook your lasagne noodles according to the package instructions until al dente.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Whisk together three eggs and three tablespoons of evaporated milk until fully combined.
  6. In a 9x13 glass pan, layer meat sauce, cooked noodles, egg mixture, and mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
