Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce package freeze-dried strawberries
  • 4 cups rice or corn chex mix cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup icing sugar

Method
 

  1. Begin by crushing the freeze-dried strawberries into smaller pieces.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and melted.
  3. Once your chocolate is melted, add the rice or corn Chex mix cereal to the bowl and gently fold the cereal into the chocolate using a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries over the chocolate-coated cereal mixture and stir gently to combine.
  5. Transfer your puppy chow mixture into a large zip-top bag or a bowl, sprinkle icing sugar over it, seal tightly, and shake until evenly coated.
  6. Spread your finished puppy chow onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
