Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 16 ounces red seedless grapes
  • 12 ounces blackberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 large sweet apples

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, zest and juice the orange. Add maple syrup and ground cinnamon, whisk until combined.
  2. Toss in the red seedless grapes and stir gently to coat in the dressing.
  3. Fold in the blackberries carefully to avoid crushing them.
  4. Chop the sweet apples into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bowl.
  5. Add the chopped pecans and mix everything together gently.
