Prepare the Ingredients
- Wash and chop the figs into small pieces, removing any stems.

Cook the Jam
- In a saucepan, combine the chopped figs, red wine, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the chopped rosemary.
- Simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
Jar the Jam
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the jam cool slightly.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
- Allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator.
