- Prepare a tray or plate covered with baking paper to hold banana slices.

- Melt dark chocolate squares with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Spread about 1 teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter on each banana slice.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over each peanut butter-covered banana slice.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut onto each slice.
- Freeze banana slices on the tray for 1-2 hours, then store in containers.
