Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas
  • 3 squares dark chocolate (1 oz)
  • ¾ tsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Method
 

  1. Prepare a tray or plate covered with baking paper to hold banana slices.
  2. Peel bananas and cut them in half horizontally, then cut each half lengthwise.
  3. Melt dark chocolate squares with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Spread about 1 teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter on each banana slice.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over each peanut butter-covered banana slice.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut onto each slice.
  7. Freeze banana slices on the tray for 1-2 hours, then store in containers.
