Spread peanut butter generously over each banana slice, covering them completely.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over each banana slice generously.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least one hour or until the chocolate has hardened.
Remove from the baking sheet and serve immediately or store for later enjoyment.
