Method
- Start by heating the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the shrimp and season them with salt. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes until they turn pink. Flip them over and allow them to cook for another couple of minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Stir them in and let them cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the remaining butter along with freshly squeezed lemon juice and chopped parsley. Turn off the heat and serve immediately while it's hot.
