Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese optional
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil and butter.
  2. Sauté the cauliflower florets for 5-6 minutes, then add mushrooms and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until fragrant.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice over the mixture and add Parmesan cheese if using. Garnish with parsley before serving.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
