Assemble Tostadas
- Top each tostada with a generous portion of the ground beef mixture.
- Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and sliced avocado on top.
- Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped cilantro, if desired.
