Prepare Cupcakes

- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Make Slime Frosting
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, alternating with milk, and mix until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract, green food coloring, and corn syrup, mixing until well combined and fluffy.
Decorate Cupcakes
- Once the cupcakes are completely cool, use a piping bag to swirl the slime frosting on top.
- Top each cupcake with a candy eyeball for a spooky effect.
