Pour the melted honey glaze over the carrots and toss until thoroughly coated.
Sprinkle with thyme, sea salt, and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until fork-tender and slightly browned.
Let cool for a minute before serving.
