- Season chicken slices with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté chicken until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes). Once cooked through, remove it from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add spiralized zucchini and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Return chicken to the skillet along with lemon juice. Toss everything together to ensure each piece is coated in that zesty sauce.
- Plate your creation and garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil if desired.
