Cook Chicken
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Sauté Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add the bell pepper and zucchini. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
Make the Sauce
- Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combine and Serve
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the cheese sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
