- Start by steaming the potstickers according to the package instructions. Once done, transfer them to a large bowl and add a teaspoon of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
- In a small bowl, combine tamari, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup. Pour it over the steamed dumplings and gently toss them to coat evenly.
- Cut the heirloom tomatoes into wedges and thinly slice your cucumber and scallions. Add all these colorful veggies into the bowl with your dumplings.
- Tear fresh basil leaves over the top of your salad and sprinkle toasted sesame seeds or crispy onions for added crunch.
- Feel free to add in any extra veggies you like—thinly sliced cabbage or edamame are fantastic options!
