Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Butter cold, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 cups Peanut Butter Cups chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cream together the cold butter, brown sugar, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Fold in the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups, reserving some for topping.
  6. Form the dough into balls weighing between four to six ounces each.
  7. Bake the cookies for about 9-12 minutes until slightly soft in the center.
