Prepare Ingredients
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Combine in Slow Cooker
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

Cook

Finish the Sauce

- Return the chicken to the slow cooker and coat with the creamy sauce.
Serve
- Serve the creamy tomato basil chicken over pasta or rice, garnished with additional fresh basil if desired.
